The Legislative Services Department requires a full -time regular writer. It will provide a variety of support services for the Council and many committees, paintings, committees, paintings and public forums. You will be responsible for coordinating private events and setting up meetings; Prepare business schedules and supporting materials; Assembling a variety of sociology materials; Providing assistance to owners of internal and external benefits; Take and distribute minutes for the various counseling committee meetings; And formulation of correspondence and reports. Features will be sent to real estate owners and advice to the relevant parties from the decisions of the Council, Paradise and the Council of Difference, which ensures the treatment of correspondence and documents in accordance with the applicable procedures and time limits. You will have great relevant experience and skills in dealing with others and communicating, and you are able to work with great independence and minimum supervision. A high degree of accuracy is needed and you should be comfortable at work on publishing dates. You will also have the ability to deal effectively with the audience, employees and society. The ability to take official minutes and to the keyboard at a net speed of 50 WPM, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the English language, dictation and numbering marks, and efficiency in Microsoft Office. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in the local government. Knowledge of the electronic agenda process, the experience in wiping, submitting and researching documents within the electronic document record management system, will be assets.


Short candidates may be required to complete uniform tests or exercises to show their skills and knowledge in force.



salary:
31.97 dollars to 37.58 dollars per hour

working hours:
North Vancouver is currently working on a compressed schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, from Monday to Friday, with one day scheduled (Monday or Friday), almost each schedule for three weeks. The committee employees may work in a regular decision between 8:30 am and 11:00 pm, from Monday to Thursday to accommodate evening meetings as necessary.
