The main purpose and job
This is the work of child care in implementing and leading a variety of activities for children participating in the childcare program 3-5. An employee in this chapter participates in providing activities that will enhance the development of the child and learning. An employee in this category also provides superior assistance in planning programs and activities and in implementing administrative details. It exercises independent judgment in dealing with routine matters and minor problems.

Specific duties and responsibilities
Reports of the position of child activity to the first supervisor.

The work is evaluated by the supervisor through the discussion, paint for activity reports, and observation.

• It provides a variety of children’s activities, based on development needs and the early learning framework BC, including working with an instructor, Atertista, surveys based and educational curricula as a practice.
• It helps in planning, coordinating, evaluating programs and activities to enhance the care and education of all children.
• It helps in providing training and work direction for students, students and volunteers.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

• Early childhood education or submitting responsible adults certificate
• Safe food
• The first aid certificate for the care of the current child
• Previous experience in a care program outside the school or a similar children’s entertainment program

Knowledge, skills and capabilities:

• Proper knowledge of child care licensing systems before BC, policies and organizational procedures.
• Practical knowledge practices and the goals of the licensed community care program.
• Practical knowledge of the basics of driving the program.
• The ability to create and maintain effective business relationships with parents and employees and a variety of external communications such as social workers and healers.
• The ability to provide training and the direction of work for the assistant, students and volunteers.
• The ability to work in a comprehensive program that meets the needs of individual children.
• A proper understanding of the regulations for child care license before BC.
• Some knowledge of modern offices’ practices and procedures.
• Passion and commitment to continuous professional development and growth

This is a regular part -time position. Candidates should be able to make divided transformations and full -time hours to close schools. The usual transformation schedule includes division transformations from 7:30 am to 9:00 am and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm during the summer, school breaks, and vocational development days, the position requires work up to 7 hours a day within hours from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
