About the role

This knowledge transfer partnership (KTP) will combine an exciting mix of experience in artificial intelligence and chemical engineering to present a new simulation and decision -making tool in operations safety engineering. It will work within iomosaic to include knowledge through this innovation project, with academic support from Bath University.

About you

We want an early vocational chemist (or an equivalent field) with passion for mathematical modeling and a engine to solve complex safety challenges. If you are curious, analytical, ready to make a difference from the first day, you will properly suit.

The perfect candidate will be:

• Rehabilitation at the level of a doctorate degree or doctorate in engineering (mechanical or chemical), mathematics, physics, computer science or a related field.
• Strong experience or interest in programming, modeling or simulation (such as Python, Matlab, C ++ or similar platforms).
• Handing over numerical or simulation tools such as but not limited to, Flunet, aspect, comsol or OpenFOAm.
• Iffairs with artificial intelligence and machine learning, and attention to developing these skills
• You will play a major role in KTP and interact with many stakeholders, so you must have excellent connections and organizational skills.

More information

This is a full -time position, personally based in Central Bath. You have the right to obtain a paid vacation for 25 days annually, in addition to public vacations in the United Kingdom, as it works from 8.45 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

This is a fixed opportunity for 3 years.
