Assistant Director of Education at Newcastle University

To work closely with the education manager, with the responsibility of learning and teaching management and student experience, related to the MBBS program, which includes administrative team management.

The main accountability
- To provide support in providing school learning and education strategies related to MBBS and PA program. This includes the implementation of the goals of learning, education, strategies and decisions in order to achieve the goals and goals of the school, faculty and university members, including participation in NUMED when necessary
- To ensure activities related to learning, teaching and student experience for MBBS, they are effectively implemented and with a commitment to enhance efficiency and quality. To explain the relevant policies and procedures for implementation, and ensure the student’s health and safety managing when necessary
- To manage an administrative team responsible for learning, teaching, student experience, quality guarantee, improvement processes and procedures, with a special focus on students abroad, and the exchange of number and students coming from home and abroad
- To manage large and complex data, which may include evaluation, school compliance with general data protection systems and requests for information freedom of information
- Planning course management including the deployment of dates and agreed tables in conjunction with NUMED colleagues and NHS Partners
- To work in the partnership and advise NHS employees in the region to support the Newcastle program, including identifying and enhancing improving the process
- To provide support to committees and/or custom panels
- To contribute to achieving all aspects of quality assurance requirements and operations, including internal and external topics reviews, degrees programs reviews, unity and program evaluation, procedures related to the external industry, relying on advice and compliance in terms of their connection with MBS
- To support the student’s experience for MBBS, including the activation of the Director (Director) of Education
- Any other duties within the scope and the general nature of the class, which may be required
