Administrative assistant at the University of Bristol
Role
The college’s executive team in the arts, law and social sciences is looking to appoint a capable, committed and skilled official to be part of a vibrant and varied work environment that provides all aspects of management and support for academic colleagues and college visitors.
What will you do?
The role holder will provide support for the General Office, and works as a broader administrative tea. General duties include:
- As the first point of contact for all inquiries of faculty members.
- Support for preparing and organizing personal events, online, workshops, conferences or meetings.
- Organizing and supporting travel reservations for employees.
- Preparing and coordinating documents, requesting office supplies and reporting office maintenance errors.
- Providing financial support, including buying offices.
You must apply if
We are looking for a trusted person with a flexible, flexible approach and a follow -up in their work. You should make progress if you have excellent skills, time management and contact.
You must have experience installed at work in an office or office/reception office in a supportive role (management, reception, secretarial, etc.) and learn to GCSE level Or equivalent As shown in the attached functional description.
