Wesleyan College (http://www.wesleyancollege.edu/), a historical leader in the teaching of liberal women’s arts located in Makon, Georgia, invites the requests of the position of the main coach in competitive chanting. This full -time position plays an important role in enhancing Weslian’s commitment to sports excellence, leadership development, and student success. The main coach will supervise all aspects of the competitive chant program, cultivate a comprehensive environment and empower a sports students.

Basic responsibilities • Program leadership: planning, organizing and directing all stages of the competitive chant program, including team development, strategic planning and long -term growth. • Development of sports students: recruitment and guides for athlete students who embody academic integrity, sporting ability, and leadership capabilities. Enhancing individual skills development, team unity, and personality building through effective training practices. Training and Safety: Dynamic practice sessions that emphasize improving performance, prevention of injuries, and mental flexibility. Ensure that all activities are compatible with recognized encouragement protocols and dwarfs (Aacca/USA CEEM). • Competition and participation: Organizing the team’s participation in the competitions run by NAIA, the events of the school spirit, and local awareness opportunities to enhance participation in the campus and society. • Operations Management: Supervising the program logistics, including budget, travel coordination, scheduling, use of facilities, inventory management for uniforms and equipment. • Organizational compliance: maintaining commitment to all institutions and procedures for NAIA (SSAC), and NAIA. It is a model for moral behavior and compliance with team members. Campus Cooperation: Work in a close partnership with sports training employees, strength and air conditioning coaches, admission office, and faculty consultants to support comprehensive luxury and academic success for sports students. • Supporting the sports section: Contributing to initiatives and events at the department level; Participate in professional development; Performing other duties as appointed by the sports director.

The minimum qualifications • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. • The experience of competitive chanting (College, high school or elite club) showed. • Knowing safety and regulations; Aacca/USA CEELLESTERATION CESTERATION PRIED. • CPR certificate, AED, first aid aid or prepare for rental. • Strong and personal communication skills and leadership. • A passion for supporting academic and personal development for sports students.

Favorite qualifications • Master’s degree in education, sports management, movement science, or a related field. • Employment and training experience in the group athletics environment. • Knowing the work of NAIA rules and compliance standards. • A busy record to develop the program and competitive success. • Experience the development of sports programs that focus on students in a small university environment.
