We are looking for a file A large product designer, documents To join the growing product design team. This role is open to candidates throughout Canada, with the exception of Quebec. If you are located near one of our axes (Burnaby, Calgary or Toronto), it is expected to work in the office at least twice a week on the days of the assigned anchor.
What your team does:
CLIO is looking for a large and experienced product designer to join our team and lead the development of our basic document experience. The documents are an integral part of the lawyer’s practice and affects each aspect of the Clio experience. You will play a major role in shaping the future of how lawyers interact with our programs, focusing on creating intuitive, developed and effective solutions. From the concept to delivery, you will closely circulate the user’s design champion and partner with product managers and engineers to present the best work in its class.
The design is essential for research and development in Clio, and works alongside products and engineering to revolutionize legal technology. We enable product designers to deeply understand the user’s needs, and to form how lawyers serve their customers. What you will work on:
- User Corrected Design Champion: Defender of the user’s needs and ensuring that the design decisions are based on user research and best practices.

The full salary range* for this floor ranges from $ 128,400 to $ 151,000 to $ 173,600. In addition, benefits may vary depending on the employee’s website.
