A colleague/colleague researcher (fixed period) at the University of Nottingham

The optics and optical collection of the College of Engineering has the opening of a research colleague in our exciting project on the mechanical properties of cancer tissue. The project is located on the university campus, and you will have a unique opportunity to make cancer cells and tissues using the techniques of photography and sound descriptions.

One of the main aspects of your role is to use and develop fare vocal devices to search for potentially biomedically biological indicators of cancer. You will participate with many entities at the university, such as the Institute of Biomatic molecular sciences, the Nano Research Center and the Small scale.

You must have or work for a doctorate in engineering, optics or physics. Knowledge or experience in the use of vibrant spectra physics, free space optics, environmental ultrasound, time -soluly protein, nanoparticles (such as stone printing of electron packages, ion rays, see the requirements) is very useful.
