Lancaster University is pleased to invite requests for a role Academic Dean In our long -term partner, Sonway University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a unique opportunity to play a great leadership role in one of the most successful international partnerships in Lancaster, and promoting cooperative teaching, research and participation between two global recognized institutions.

like Academic DeanYou will be a great representative at Lancaster at the University of Sonway, as it provides a strategic leadership to present a joint joint through teaching, research and participation. Lancaster’s contribution will lead to double gradient programs, maintain the highest academic quality standards, and to enhance institutional and reputation files throughout Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asia region.

To be successful in this role, it will appear:

• I gained great experience in academic leadership at an internationally recognized university.
• The ability to achieve results has been proven within a complex multi -varietary environment.
• Deep understanding of through national education, organizational frameworks, and the design of the curriculum in a global context.
• A strong record of external participation and building institutions, with excellent impact, communication and cultural intelligence.
• The ability to represent the University of Lancaster with credibility at the maximum higher levels.

The experience in developing new programs to study, leading successful research, students ’employment or graduate participation will be a feature.

This is a big date for a three -year term in the term that provides the opportunity to form the future of Lancaster’s partnership with the University of Sonway and has a permanent impact on the global strategy of the university.
