Kabam is looking for a large total bonus specialist not only with numbers, but a strategic processor ready to sculpt the scene of compensation and benefits! Reports to our great manager, people’s operations, Total and RMO bonuses will be the mastermind of the development, transfer and maintenance of the Kabam’s total rewards program, practices and policies. In this role, you can expect:

    • Management and management of compensation programs, including monitoring incentive programs and ensuring the competitiveness of the market for salary structures.
    • Make sure to comply with compensation programs for relevant legislation and is compatible with the Kabam compensation philosophy.
    • Cooperation with multi -functional teams to design and implement effective reward programs.
    • Management of the United States and Canadian employees, including health, wellness and retirement plans.
    • Negotiating the prices of new benefits and deals during “Go to Market” periods.

    • Manage and allocate the company’s compensation budget, and obtain approvals from the executive team and the parent company.

To be successful in this role, your background includes:

    • More than 7 years of human resources experience, which includes at least 5 years experience in managing and planning compensation strategies.
    • The experience of working with HRIS SYSTEMS, with a preference for Dayforce.
    • Providing guidance, training and guidance for team members, and promoting learning culture.
    • High skilled in formulating materials for executive review and approval of various issues related to compensation and benefits.
    • Post -secondary degree in human resources or relevant field.
