Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced specialized practitioner to focus on the traumatic practice, personal planning for intervention, and cooperative work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure students support to reach learning and achieve positive results. It will work as a fixed and reliable adults for the specific students, support the emotional organization and flexibility and support these students in re -engaging in learning and building positive relations within the college community.

About you

You will have a passion for supporting young people with complex needs and barriers that prevent learning, and a strong understanding of the enlightened trauma and SEMH strategies. You will have the ability to work cooperatively across the difference and with external partners and you will present a flexible, reflective approach and focus on solutions.
