Minnesota University libraries seek to obtain an innovative, vital and cooperative professional to achieve coordination responsibilities for two groups of assembly – Sherlock Holmes, and literary archives in the upper Middle West. Reports to the director of archives and private groups, the responsibilities include the development of the group, donor relationships, research services, communication with society, programming, exhibitions, and education. The archives and private groups are a dynamic collection that includes 16 distinct assembly areas dedicated to preserving and reaching rare books and archive materials. Sherlock Holmes groups are the largest in the country related to the detective and creator, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, who includes rare books, manuscripts, art, rural materials, and related materials.
