The successful candidate for the position of assistant main lawyer will be an integral part of the Disney Employment Law team, and works on employment issues from routine to revolutionary. This position will provide legal support for employment for Disney-based companies, which mostly address matters related to the members of the actors’ team in Walt Disney International Resort, and are part of a team that supports matters that affect Disney Enterprise-Disney experiences entirely; Disney Entertainment (including but not limited to, Disney Live Action, Walt Disney Mobile Studios, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Pixar, FX, National Geographic and ABC Studios); And Espn.

Responsibilities:
• Advice on harassment, discrimination, revenge and other investigations into the workplace.
• Advice to internal clients on various employment issues, including reasonable residence, absence papers, fair wages, wage and watch issues.
• Responding to the claims and requests.
• Review the administrative charge responses.
• Work with employee relationships to enhance training programs.
• Dealing with administrative conferences and listening sessions.

Basic qualifications
• The minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a law firm, a legal department for companies or a group.
• Focusing in the enthusiasm of the employment law, providing advice and resolving disputes.
• The ability to discover and analyze complex issues and derive strategies and practical solutions.
• Excellent and verbal communication, and time management skills.
Drafting, negotiation and training skills are excellent.
Excellent personal skills to cooperate effectively with co -workers at all levels.

Required education
• JD or its equivalent from the accredited law school
• Membership in the Florida state tape is in good position or preparation and rehabilitation to be a consultant in the company
