Overview of the situation
We are looking for the head of production to lead the Silor production function.

This role will be supervised by all aspects of content production and the production of the campaign, which guarantees the smooth implementation of the concept through delivery. You will manage and direct a team of producers and post -production team, and build the structure, processes and culture that allow high -quality, effective and innovative production throughout the agency.

The President of Production will participate closely in the expected account, creativity and strategy, and the balance of creative ambition with operational excellence. This is a practical leadership role for a person who flourishes in fast -growing environments, and has a capacity to expand the scope of production functions.

Site and salary
This is a full-time role with a salary ranging between $ 160,000-200,000 dollars, depending on experience in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role, which works outside our office in Echo Park.

Responsibilities
• Supervising all stages of content and producing the campaign, from the budget and scheduling to implementation and delivery.
• Ensure that production meets the creative vision, customer expectations, and Silor quality standards.
• Managing resource allocation through projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leading and developing the Sailor production teams and post -production.
• Defining clear goals, providing training and guidance, enhancing a culture of cooperation and accountability and solving creative problems.
• Development and implementation of developmentable production operations, workflow, and tools that support cooperation through launch.
• Building and managing production schedules and resource plans through multiple simultaneous projects.
• Tracking project health, science risks early, and implementing solutions to maintain work on time and on the budget.
• Supervising production budgets, ensuring accuracy, transparency and profitability.
• Negotiating with sellers, independents, and external partners to achieve the best value while maintaining quality.
• Partner with financing and driving in prediction, resources, and margin management.
• Significantly in Celor for the main clients, and to build confidence through proactive communication and trusted delivery.
• Cooperation with creativity, strategy and account leads to the alignment of production methods with the project goals and customer needs.
• Defending best production practices and setting clear expectations with both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications
• 10 years of production experience in an agency, studio or production company, with at least 5 years in a major leadership role.
• Deep experience in the production of content via formats (digital and social, broadcast, experimental, influential, etc.).
• A strong understanding of the progress of post -production work and best practices.
• Experience in managing production budgets, timelines and resources has been widely demonstrated.
Extraordinary team leadership and management skills, with a busy record in building and developing high -performance teams.
• The excellent communication and negotiation skills facing the customer.
• It flourishes in a fast -paced environment and entrepreneurship with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
