Responsibilities:

Planning for direct demand

  • Managing a small portfolio of giving donors and prospects for contact and guests.
  • Providing training and support for the main gifts of LCV and annual box teams to meet the plan for planned giving including language formulation, joining donor meetings, and helping donor questions.
  • Allocating and updating giving texts to collect donations and trainers to move in the planned giving talks.

State support

  • Organizing and facilitating the community with the companies affiliated with the state participating in the unified program, including holding regular dust meetings and identifying learning opportunities.
  • Individual work with each country participating to ensure success in the unified program. Holding regular meetings and providing support to respond to the unique needs of each state.
  • Review the standard performance standards, explore and repair errors, and define changes in the strategy to achieve goals.
  • Ensure that the countries have the required materials and help in allocating each case separately as needed.
  • Providing support to countries in closing complex gifts, and bringing the manager of the planned bid as needed.

Unified Planning for Management Program

  • Working with countries to develop and implement planning strategies for planned donors, and to ensure high -level participation through the program.

  • Working with the planned bid manager, developing success standards and expanding reporting capabilities to track progress.
  • Providing case updates for the executive leadership of the planned unified giving program and providing recommendations for software changes.

Qualifications:

  • work experience: Required – more than 5 years of experience in collecting donations, including a successful record for a personal meeting with donors and closing gifts.
