We are looking for two ambitious research partners and documents in the laboratory to join our team to determine the effect of daylight on sleep rhythms and daily rhythms. In contrast to the well -defined sabotage effects of evening and night light, the potential beneficial effects of daylight are the brighter of sleep and the rhythm is not much understood. We have developed a new type of laboratory model, this problem is funded by the Wellcome Trust Discovery Award to exploit this opportunity to determine the extent of bright daily capacity and reduces light sensitivity at night. Successful candidates will apply advanced nervous science techniques to determine the links between daylight and the hour/sleep/sleep on molecular levels, circle and systems. We are particularly interested in applicants who have a rodent experience in neurological physiology in the live body and/or firm attention in daily biology or biology. These positions are available full time from January 2026 for at least 3 years.
