The IICL BIRMININAMAM campus is currently looking for a paid record for teaching on weekdays. We welcome applicants with this availability to support campus per week. Delivery will be face to face on campus.

-The role-

The postal holder will be asked to create a group of teaching and evaluation materials, covering many units and fields of topics and may lead to stereotypes and programs in particular: strategic management, knowledge management, change management and project management.

The main duties will include:
• Providing teaching, learning and evaluation, as well as providing support to students
• Providing teaching and learning strategies in a variety of contexts using appropriate teaching, learning and participation methods
• Participate in designing and developing high -quality educational materials and learning
• Supervising the work of students in a professional and supportive manner in a timely manner, which provides the necessary advice on study skills, research, evaluation and thesis methods.
• Providing appropriate notes, support and encouragement to students to ensure a high -quality student experience.

You must also have:

• Graduate studies qualification in relevant discipline
• Experience in teaching, delivery, evaluation and support for students at the level of university level and postgraduate studies in the field of relevant topic
• Experience in designing and developing stereotypes content
• Evidence of good organizational management skills
• Evidence of personal communication skills and excellent communications with the ability to work cooperatively
• IT efficiency and the experience of using electronic resources

This role has just flexible hours for a week. The hours are allocated before each term based on the availability of HPL and the needs of the campus schedule.
