Open science partnership specialist
Heritage for programs is looking for an open partnership and science specialist to expand the integration of software heritage in the research community. Your focus will be on the management of the partners on board, enhancing the best practices for citing programs (Swhids, Biblatex), and the representation of software heritage in the main open science initiatives (EOSC, SCICODES).
Main responsibilities
1. Academic and research infrastructure partnerships
– Coordination on the plane and support for research infrastructure and research organizations.
– Ensuring compatibility with the technical team to enable smooth integration of infrastructure using deposit service.
Facilitating cooperation with research institutions and implementing software archive procedures.
– Contribute to the effort of the Codemeta community and unifying the descriptive data.
Cooperation with communications in partnerships related to partnerships.
2. Project management and reporting
– Contributing to reporting the project and deliveries
– Contribute to the Ospo-Radar project and help defend the “Program Assets” dashboard.
Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to track the progress of the project.
– Contribute to project evaluations and effect assessments to support continuous improvement and strategic decisions.
3. Community participation
– Supporting the implementation of the Software Heritage strategy in cooperation with the head of open scientific operations, as well as with the director of the open science community and the head of strategic communications.

– Communicate with SCICODES, RDA, Curioss and Force11 to enhance best practices to learn about research and program representation programs
Heritage in open science spaces.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will prove self -regulation and independence skills related to their experience.
– Master’s degree in the relevant field (for example, computer science, research policy, library science and information, digital adaptation).
Practical knowledge of descriptive data standards is very desirable.
– 2+ project management year or partnership development experience.
Strong communication skills and the participation of stakeholders.
Team player: strong communication skills and problem solving.
Excellent English communication skills. French plus.
Additional skills and experience
Experience in open science, open source initiatives, or research infrastructure management, or academic partnerships. Experience
EOSC Environmental System is plus.
Knowing the ecosystem of open science, managing research programs, and scientific communication practices.
– Antiquities with the academic sustainability models of the infrastructure of open science.
The background in computer science and software development is plus.
Work conditions
– CDD contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
– Its headquarters in Paris, the role will require travel to attend conferences, workshops and various meetings, at the national and international levels.
