We iCT4 and we are transferring the semester through technology – supporting schools with them Information and Communications Technology Challenges and provide technical solutions through a group of leading services in the industry designed for education.

As a second line, you will provide information technology to our educational customers who have been escalated after you have been moved/work for the first time before 1^street Line team.

It will work from our office based in Tonton, along with two first line technicians. This is completed by a team of assistance employees at home spread throughout England. You may sometimes be asked to make visits to customer sites.

You will be comfortable and coach with the latest technologies and cloud solutions such as Microsoft/Office 365, Google Workplace and Azure perfectly. You will have an excellent organization, communication, design and time management skills, as well as error exploring and repair skills.
