We are looking for a guest relations officer to join the hospitality team. The ideal candidate will guarantee hot welcome, dealing with inquiries and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.

Main responsibilities

Welcome to the guests upon arrival and provide check -up and smooth departure experiences.

Helping guests in inquiries, reservations and special requests.

Coordination with home management, front desk and other departments of guest needs.

Dealing with guest complaints immediately and professional, and ensuring satisfaction.

Enhancing hotel, services and events facilities.

Maintaining accurate guest records and comments reports.

Help VIP and long stays with personal service.

Ensure compliance with company service standards and hospitality protocols.
