Director of General Operations

• Driving the studio production list, identifying possible projects that are in line with the creative vision and the company’s goals with time tables and capacity assessment.
• Participate with the owners of the internal stakeholders in Fox to focus all the portfolios of the content units, ensure compatibility with the strategic goals and increase the synergy between the divisions.
• Cooperation with creative partners via Fox Entertainment Studios to represent Slate Ntent with creative and operational requirements.
• Supervising the production process from one party to each project in the list, from development to post -production and distribution.
• Partner with studio content operations to ensure that the delivery pipeline is met with customer requirements and obligations.
• Cooperation with Fox Entertainment Global to ensure a smooth fulfillment of contractual timing and delivery, and to enhance the customer’s experience throughout the process.
• Managing the appropriate systems for tracking content pipelines, providing advice on implementing and integrating new systems, and communicating with internal departments leads to benefiting from best practices and paying operational efficiency through Fox Entertainment Studios.
• It is a basic communication point for the internal and chosen external stakeholders, and to provide regular updates about the state of the project, the prominent monuments, and the main deliveries.
• Defining the risks and potential obstacles that prevent the success of the project and developing mitigating strategies to address them in a proactive manner.
• Create new operations and procedures, including major performance indicators and standards, to improve the results of the list planning and enable data -based decisions to improve future performance.
Salary/benefits
