A full -time start salary is usually 81,836.00 pounds annually, with progress in the post to 92,593.00 pounds annually.

The Sir Lenne Henry’s Media Diversity Center (LHC) is looking for the director of insight to lead its mission to improve the diversity of acting and employment through the contemporary British media. The center was established in 2020, a pioneering cooperation between media professionals and academic researchers, and leads to a change based on evidence in the media scene in the United Kingdom.

As a director, the strategic force will be behind the work of the center by building influential relationships in the media industry, directing influential research and participation, and amplifying the center’s voice in public discourse. You will work closely with the Consultative Council and submit a report to PVC Rees, and the center is directed towards its ambitious goals.

You will be recognized at the national level in the media profession for your leadership and your contribution, with an experience installed in research, education or institution. You will have a continuous commitment to diversity and integration in the media. As confident, you will inspire change and build consensus, with the challenge of assumptions, knowledge participation, and help in forming the most comprehensive British media.
