Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Production and operations experience for 10 years on television broadcast on the network or the main market experience
• An installed leadership experience managing large difference and high -pressure live environments
• The ability to lead and manage the team effectively using excellent communication skills
• It has a positive and optimistic position that motivates the team to perform at its best
• To be able to determine clear expectations, provide timely notes and present positive examples for the team
