The Physical Science School is looking for the director of emotional school education and experience to join our small but dynamic team. In this pivotal role, it will supervise the daily tasks of educational activities throughout the Faculty of Physical Sciences (SPS). This includes the administration of the Certificate Committee and the Earth’s faculty council for the colleges of Earth Sciences, Geography, Physics and Chemistry, including overseeing the process of promoting academic career paths. You will manage a small team of dedicated officials, ensuring smooth progress for students from admission to graduation.

As a major player in our team, you will develop and implement education policies, provide specialized advice to senior academic colleagues, and deal with complex cases with sensitivity and ingenuity. You will lead your leadership continuously and enhance the team’s experience.

This role provides an opportunity for both practical support for people and operations that support the student’s journey, and to lead and develop politics improvements on basic colleges and committees within the school.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervising basic educational processes and activities through higher education and university students.
• Management and support for a team of officials.
• Development and implementation of education policies and procedures.
• Dealing with complex students ’cases and providing specialized advice.
• Developing and maintaining strong networks with central teams.
• Pay constant improvement and services.
• Supervising the general and internal information of the college (such as web sites and Internet) and ensures that all the information published is accurate and updated.
