Summary of the job:

We are looking for a distance data entry author to join our team and help us maintain accurate and updated information in the databases and regulations. The ideal filter will have excellent writing skills, eye details, and the ability to work independently. This role is necessary to ensure that our data is reliable and easily accessible to our team members and customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Enter the data accurately in databases and various systems from the source documents within time limits

• Review the data of shortcomings or errors, correct any incompatibility, and verify the output

• Check the data by comparing it with the source documents

• Update the existing data and recover data from the database as required

• Conducting regular backup copies to ensure that data is preserved

• Organizing and maintaining files and records to retrieve effective data

• Cooperation with team members to address any variations or problems with data entry

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information

requirements:

• An experiment installed as a writer to enter data or a similar role

• Excellent writing speed and accuracy

• Strong attention to details and the ability to discover errors

• Efficiency in the use of data entry programs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

• The ability to work independently and meet the final dates

• Strong organizational skills and time management

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal either

• High school diploma or its equivalent; Additional qualifications in data management or relevant fields are plus
