Usually, the start -up salary is 47389 pounds to 56,535 pounds, with possible progress once in the post to 63,606 pounds.

Role summary

As the quality director and a large health care scientist, the postal holder will work closely with the director of clinical immunity services (CIS) and the leadership of the Olaya to ensure the provision of a central and preserved service on quality, effective and effective in terms of cost. The Association of Independent Countries provides comprehensive clinical immunology diagnosis service to West Midlands, regional services in diagnosing lymphoma/leukemia, national immunology and myeloma preparation. Being within the University of Birmingham, the Association of Independent Countries also provides an analysis of the central experiences of a number of national and local research studies and has a busy record in immunological diagnostic development.

The postal holder will provide guidance and advice in all issues related to quality within the laboratory. They will submit reports to laboratory management on the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system through the administration’s review, senior employees, general laboratory group meetings and quality quality or on a dedicated basis. The mail holder will ensure the implementation, development and maintenance of the quality management system in order to provide the service improvement through; Ensure compatibility with ISO 15189 accreditation criteria, contact with accreditation bodies and keep pace with the standards. The postal holder will get excellent communication and management skills and continue to lead with other quality managers and final users to prove satisfaction. The postal holder will play a leadership role in monitoring documents, reviewing the audit inside the laboratory, educating and encouraging all employees and encouraging them to participate in quality management.

The postal holder will have a great experience in laboratory medicine and as part of the laboratory’s senior management team, and plans for activities and department development. By working with the great self -ruling, the postal holder will supervise very specialized clinical technical investigations, including specialized examinations and evaluation/selection of equipment/selection, research and development that includes the development of service and medium to long -term service.

Person specifications

Qualifications:

  • The degree of science is acceptable to ACB or an equivalent qualification.
  • State registration with the Health and Welfare Council Council or IBMS.
  • MSC or qualification/equivalent experience required.
  • Evidence of continued professional development according to HCPC requirements.

expertise:

  • Great experience in work as a health care scientist specializing in immunosuppressive diagnosis and monitoring monitoring.
  • Experience in overseeing small teams and assuming responsibility for specific sections of the laboratory.
  • Participate actively in the Qatari program document to maintain an understanding of a specialist in the depth of aspects related to work.
  • Work with researchers to understand and submit test requirements for clinical studies.
