CC13066 Participation Analysis Director – Jobs in Bath

We are looking for the director of participation analyzes to lead the implementation and development of our new student participation analysis system. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of student support, data vision and institutional change.

About the role

This role provides a unique opportunity to influence how the university supports its students, using technology and data to make a meaningful effect on their academic journey and their well -being.

The most prominent in the role:

  • Leading the analysis and improvement program for the system of participation analyzes at the university level, to become the user and the expert champion to adopt it in addition to providing the line management to the official of the participating analysis systems.
  • Forming and practicing policy on students ’participation and well -being, using data to inform pre -emptive support strategies.
  • Cooperation through departments to train employees, build understanding, and include the system in daily operations.
  • Trends analysis and generate visions to improve students ’results and promote continuous service improvement.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to use data to improve students ’results that flourish in cooperative -focused cooperative environments. It will provide a mixture of artistic experience, strategic thinking and a student -focused approach to help forming how to support participation and luxury throughout the university.

You will have:

  • Qualification at the level of degree or equivalent experience, which indicates your ability to work at a strategic and analytical level.
  • The experience of managing or using participation control systems, ideally in the context of supporting education or students.
  • Strong data analysis and information technology skills, with the ability to explain large data collections and produce meaningful visions and reports.
  • Communication skills and building excellent relationships, allowing you to work effectively through various teams and with external partners.
  • The experience of providing training and system adoption, with a proactive and comprehensive approach to involvement of employees.
  • A good understanding of the challenges faced by students, and commitment to improving their experience through enlightened data support.
  • Flexibility and initiative, with the ability to manage competing priorities and push continuous improvement.

This is a new role that is presented on a period of 3 years.
