The new Stonehenge Center, including the development and presentation of the innovative “STEM In Heritage” offer, aims to be a pioneer in the sector in heritage teaching and a pioneer in involving learners with science, technology, engineering and mathematics in the context of heritage.

Depending on the success of the Discovery Visit program in Stonehenge, STEM HERIGE Learning is a major change in our presentation, creating original and exciting opportunities for students to participate in workshops and innovative activities that were formed in cooperation with teachers, academics and industry specialists, and reported by the Stoneheense Board of Directors.

To get the maximum benefit from creating a heritage -based STEM program, we seek to develop a new set of curriculum -related to the curriculum in heritage programs, including self -led workshops and experts. We also plan to update and strengthen the current learning programs group (DVS and FEVS), which is inspiring and romance for the sector to increase its capabilities to contribute to scientific learning.

The English heritage is looking to appoint an advisor to provide the development and implementation of a group of curriculum -related STEM in heritage programs. For more details, please see the specifications in the tender documents.

Date of the contract: from April 2022 – September 2024

The total budget is 60,000 pounds, including travel, accommodation and value -added tax. The appointed consultant will have a separate delivery budget of 10,000 pounds to cover the costs related to consultation with stakeholders, including experimental activities, materials, etc.
