Dixon Bon’s Law School in Kings College London is one of the oldest law colleges in England, and has been recognized as one of the best lawsuit in the world. Dixon Bonn School of Law seeks to appoint a great lecturer to join the school and its primary team of the Pli Law Institute (PLI). PLI is the Legal Education Center that focuses on school practice and is responsible for designing and presenting an innovative and professional law program called MSC and professional practice.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible, as part of the PLI team, to design and present innovative programs directed towards practice, including MSC and professional practice (MSC).

The successful candidate will act as a leader of the unit in the basic unit (unit) for the role holder on the MSC and be responsible for designing and preparing all assessments on that unit. The role holder will teach and lecture a variety of stereotypes on the MSC and/or LLB/LLM programs in the school.

The successful candidate will work with the PLI manager and the PLI team to advance the growth of both PLI and the MSC program. They will maintain participation with law firms, rooms, internal lawyers and/or stakeholders in the other industry to promote the MSC program and will work with the PLI team and the school to market the program.

The successful candidate will promote school and PLI through attendance at the relevant professional and academic conferences. They will contribute an important way to manage the MSC program.

This is published on the course of academic education, which emphasizes teaching, scholarships and innovation. Successful candidates will have excellent teaching and design skills, as well as work experience in the legal profession.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the executive dean.

This is a full -time post and an unspecified contract will be presented.

About you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to get the following skills and experience:

Basic standards

• Rehabilitation as a lawyer in the jurisdiction of public law and post -rehabilitation experience for at least two years as a legal professional.
• An experiment installed in teaching a legal topic at the Institute of Higher Education.
• The ability to design innovative units for study programs directed towards practice in law in an face -to -face environment.
• Knowledge, the ability to teach, objective Business Law units (For example, business practice, corporate financing, business institutions law).
• Relationships that can be clarified with law firms, lawyers, internal lawyers and/or other legal interests.

Desired criteria

• Hea recognition and / or graduate studies certificate in academic practice in higher education.
• The experience of teaching post -rehabilitation lawyers (including executive education).
• Experience as a leader of the program, faculty or university judgment.
• Understanding the emerging trends in legal higher education and legal vocational training.
• A demonstration for scholarships through attendance at conferences and/or publications
