FOS operating service (FOS) works with faculty members, scientists and senior leadership teams in schools to support education and research and institutions activities. Our students and employees come from a wide range of backgrounds, within the United Kingdom and internationally, creating a multi -cultural and varied society. You will join the supportive FOS team, which is stimulated by the team, enthusiasm and pre -emptive players who work as a “one team” to provide a flexible and fast service to our academic community.

About the role

As a member of a crowded and participating school administrative team, at the College of Education, it will provide professional operational assistance and administrative support for our academic community. Responsibilities include diary, travel arrangements, accurate taking, financial management, employment and events support, group meetings, facilities, and resources. Other activities may include preserving school newsletters, updating web pages and preserving digital signs and social media.

This role is hybrid. Successful candidates will be able to work flexibly and far away, and they are expected to spend at least 60 % of their contracted hours on the campus. Flexibility will be required if the work need requires a greater presence on the site.

About you
