Woodbridge Community Church began in 1971. Today we worship as a multi -ethnic group in Woodbridge in Irvine, California. WCC is a member of the Christ Soutthwest and in line with our vision at the conference, we are present to help people meet, know and follow them. We are looking for a young priest to join our employees, with a focus on students from grades from 7 to 12, with some participation in our Ministry of College as well. We feel the ideal candidate for this position will designing Christian maturity, for example, and we have a previous experience in the leadership of the Ministry of Youth successfully. He strongly called on the ministry with full time and evangelization targeting approximate ages from 12-26

Qualifications, strengths and capabilities
It is able to formulate and clarify a strong vision of the Ministry of Youth and implement its accompanying plans and programs effectively
Experience the previous ministry for at least 3 years
Show a busy record of the ability to develop the ministry
Knowing the strong Bible and capable of teaching / explaining the theology of the highest level of students / adults
Capable of enhancing partnership and credibility with parents
Gifted in awareness
Creating, developing, developing and supervising volunteer teams (adults and students)
It is able to match the Ministry of Youth vision with the general vision of the church
MDIV or the like from an accredited school with the Theological Schools Association is preferable

Duties
Planning, organizing and implementing the Friday youth program from start to end
Planning, organization and implementation after the Church Youth Program on Sunday
Planning, organizing and implementing youth retreats in the summer and winter
Planning, organizing and participating in the needs of young sponsors in the middle of the week
Based on the curricula and one development on one disciple
Attending the weekly employee meetings
Attending monthly development meetings with the Great Reverend and / or Executive Priest
Service in the leadership team
Attending church services and events

compensation
The salary starts from $ 60,000, depending on experience
