As the Vice President of Artists’ Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in directing the managers of our accounts (AMS) to succeed. It is important to understand that this position requires a shift towards being a consultant and leader in a professional environment and driven by the results. This role requires a strategic leader with a severe understanding of the musical cargo industry, the ability to inspire and direct the difference, and commitment to excellence. This is a major role that provides reports directly to the president.
What will you do:
command:
• Listening proactively to the AM perspective: planting an environment where the ideas and destinations of the account managers are heard, appreciated and disposed of.
• Education: Enabling your team with knowledge, and providing them with the tools and information necessary to excel in their roles.
• Inspiration: Motivating and Inspiration AMS to achieve their best capabilities, and enhance the culture of creativity and consequences that depend on excellence.
• Challenge: Encouraging the mentality of continuous improvement and growth, and challenging the current situation to obtain better results.
• Accountability: Implementing clear expectations and holding AMS for its responsibilities and performance.
• Premium partner: Encouraging pre -emptive communication of ideas, strategies and plans with client partners, colleagues and TMC leadership.
Strategy:
• Work in partnership with Ams on customer accounts when and after necessary.
• TMC is represented in new commercial offers, on board the review and customer reviews.
• Research and Development (R&D):
• Analysis of historical data across all channels.
Understanding and researching customer and demography.
• Keep aware of the current trends through a multi -tuft scene.
• Determine the financial goals and marks for each revenue channel.
• Increase revenues for all customers, through all business channels.
Multi -functional cooperation:
• Ensuring consistent communication with art, production, tours, retail and e -commerce traders, heads of obtaining a comprehensive overview of the company’s goals, projects and continuous challenges.
• Make sure the information is constantly and effectively connected with the right TMC members when and where it relates to their responsibilities.
• Holding weekly meetings with all AMS to facilitate the exchange of ideas and visions within the section.
quality control:
• Holding monthly meetings 1 on 1 with AMS.
• Review the pipeline of the previous month, define successes and shortcomings.
• Checking future pipelines, asking questions and providing visions.
• AMS accountability for its performance through constructive comments.
diverse:
• The quarterly inventory reviews with AMS / SMS to reduce customer / company costs.
• Make quarterly reviews with the executive team, with a focus on mapping on the roads and setting goals for continuous improvement and growth.
Who are you:
• 5 years leading and managing a team
• 10 years in the music promotion industry
• A busy record in promoting culture, developing team members and setting high standards
• Solve dynamic problems with an understanding level of experts for related commercial practices and the path record to solve the customer problems efficiently
• Excellent communication with the ability to prepare and provide business plans and present with confidence, strategic visions and difficult news for internal and external stakeholders
• You must be able to tasks, multi -tasks and delegate with flexibility towards the final dates of the project
• A strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• An experience installed in a role that requires strict secrecy, distinguished organizational skills, the ability to maintain the balance and effectiveness in difficult situations
• The ability to travel as needed
• This role will be perfectly present in Nashville, Tennessee, and if so, it will be in the office 4 days a week. We are also open to the candidates in Los Angeles or New York City, and we will ask to travel to Nashville regularly

Salary/benefits
150,000.00 dollars – 170,000.00 a year
The expected annual basic salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that the individual may be qualified for. The actual basic salary provided depends on a variety of factors, which may include, according to the necessary, the qualifications of the individual applicant for this position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education, certificates or other professional licenses preserved, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or who will be performed by the job.
New York payment scope
150,000 dollars – 170,000 USD
