Summary of the situation

The population group seeks to obtain a full -time nurse show for Carolina 4 breast cancer study. Duties include traveling to participants’ homes, obtaining informed approvals, conducting research interviews, and completing the required study assessments such as measurements and blood withdrawal. The viewer should be able to strictly adhere to the study of protocols.

This study aims to employ 3000 participants, randomly chosen from cases provided by the central cancer record. The viewer is expected to make a visit at home in a timely manner, at a timely time for both the participant and themselves (which may include evenings and weekend holidays). After each visit, the Professional Nurse will deliver the samples collected to UNC BIOSPECIMEN processing facility is either personal or through other means of protocol. The viewer’s nurse is also expected to travel to Chapel Hill once a week to capture study materials and return them from the CBCS4 office.

Additional responsibilities include:

* Helping cleaning, coding and entering study data in the relevant data management systems.
* Participate in collecting and tracking medical records records and photographing the tumor block for themes who have received cancer treatment under studies within the population group.
* Collecting, cleaning and entering the information provider information in relevant data management systems.
* Defining and publishing information to study the participants regarding the available local community resources, as well as research and application on resources that may be beneficial to the study participants.
* Track the participants who lost contact and/or coordination with the study coordinators to complete this task.

This task does not exceed 5 years.

The minimum education and expertise requirements

Licensing to practice as a nurse registered in North Carolina and two years of specialization experience.

Required qualifications, competencies and experience

• Exceptionally strong time organization and management skills.
• It is necessary for excellent personal communication skills and skills to ensure successful communication with the full study team and with the study participants.
• The ability to work well independently and inside the research team is very important to ensure the goals of the population study studies efficiently and effectively.
• Distinguished commitment to all best practices and regulations related to Sought-Cov-2 pandemic.

Favorite qualifications, competencies and experience

• The favorite candidate will have a previous experience in working with various groups for patients or with epidemics and/or large cancer research studies with human topics and in gathering samples.
• Good surveys/analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, efficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Physical/special mental requirements

• It should reside in the Greater Charlotte area, North Carolina, due to the large number of participants living in this field.
• You must have reliable transportation and have the ability to travel up to 160 miles from/from Chapel Hill, NC.
