Summary of the situationThe minimum education and expertise requirements

The post -baccalaureate degree required (or the equivalent of a foreign degree); For candidates who explain independent educational or educational activities that are comparable to delivery and/or student support function, they will accept a bachelor’s degree related (or equivalent to a foreign degree) and at least one year of relevant experience in replacement.

Required qualifications, competencies and experience

Knowing the current trends and standards in the science of primary protection and its approach.
Knowledge and the ability to apply the principles of health education, prevention, theories and practices in the vicinity of the wider campus.
A successful show to develop programs, implementation and evaluation experience.
Show knowledge and understand Ferpa/42cFR and privacy/secrecy related to student records and drug abuse disclosure.

Master’s degree in public health, health promotion, higher education/student development, or relevant field
Expressing understanding and emotion to enhance comprehensive wellness as a model for involving students in programs and services that enhance health and prevention.
Experience in preparing the university and/or previous work with the young adults
The ability to present an export, positive and attractive perspective when interacting with the components of campus.
The ability to develop strong business relationships and work with university students, post -professional/professional studies, faculty and employees ’societies, and with both health professionals and colleagues who are not health associated.
Evidence of the ability to practice problem -solving skills in analyzing health and well -being needs for young adults, especially high university students.
Evidence of the ability to work independently and exercise critical and analytical thinking skills to meet and develop students’ needs.
Evidence of the ability to fulfill the final dates and manage multiple priorities in a quick -footed cooperative environment.

Physical/special mental requirements

* The ability to move up to 25 pounds, with or without accommodation, while preparing the program materials for communication.

The responsibilities of the campus security authority

This position was appointed as a security body on the campus according to Clairi’s law. This position will be asked to report Clery crimes to Clery Compliance Manager and complete annual training on reporting responsibilities.
