Today’s angles
Our customers use the corners for most of their day (AVG ~ 3hrs/working day). NOOKS currently has a workflow to one party on sales calls:

AI Dialer – Manual parts are automated from the communication process: skip the response machines to the response devices, leave the audio post, write down notes, recording calls, and even know what can be said in the call

Role
The required candidate must have a passion for innovation and sales driven by artificial intelligence. Your responsibilities will include:

Partnership with our founders and product engineering team to implement the delivery of new full stacks through the functioning of full sales
Create PRDS based on features of features, user interviews and version reports. You are constantly sympathizing with customers and checking again to make sure that we offer an intuitive value.
Owning the tactical work that occurs after charging new features, i.e. user’s research, teaching users, creating evidence, measuring/ensuring that we follow the appropriate product standards, etc.
Expanding the scope of new features from A to Z by translating business needs into technical solutions. You must have some thinking/design slices in design because this will require the creation of flows, wireless ends, preliminary models and high -resolution images of your features. You will participate closely with our amazing designer.
A major part of your business will require understanding of user frustrations/pleasures, testing these hypotheses and ultimately translating the user’s needs into experiments that depend on AI that increase, enhance and automate handicraft flows.
We have an ambitious product in an emerging area-actual time that works for Amnesty International-so there are many interesting technical challenges on our road map. Below is a non -comprehensive list of the types of problems that we are working on:

Distributed synchronization and systems

Our smart Dialer makes calls in parallel and manages the AI ​​model in an actual time on each call.
