The role of a great product manager in the pet circle

Opportunity
We are looking for a large product manager paid to lead our discovery team – one of the four basic tasks of the pet circuit. This team is responsible for providing the discovery of products and experimental products for products and the search experience through our application and our web platforms.
Through a catalog of more than 15000 SKU and hundreds of thousands of active customers, this role plays an important role in helping customers discover products that they did not know that they need supplementary elements, and ultimately make pets around their pets to care for pets.

What will you do?
- I have the product strategy and the road map for discovery and customization through the application and the web, and it corresponds to the company’s and important goals.
- Providing measurable results related to the value of age, the average value of the request, categories for each application, purchase frequency, and revenues from recommendations.
- Run the organized experience that depends on the hypothesis and the A/B test to verify the correct ideas and set the priorities of the initiatives.
- Take advantage of artificial intelligence tools and customization tools (internal and external) to provide very contextual recommendations and developed discovery experiences.
- It leads a multi -functional band to provide high -quality features on time and activist.
- Cooperating closely with stakeholders throughout CX, operations, marketing and beyond to align and build participation.
- Progress and strategy are offered to the high leadership, and the influence of the company’s direction in discovery and allocation.
The ideal toolbox
- 5+ years of experience in managing products in high -motion B2C environments.
- A busy record that provides financial results through the product (LTV, AOV, purchase frequency, mutual sales).
- Strong practical experience with analysis tools and vision tools (favorite Loker, as well as tools like Fullstory, GA, Hotjar).
- Experience in the A/B test, and the frameworks of experience and development that depend on the hypothesis.
- Experience with ATLASSIAN (Jira, Concrete) and graceful practices.
- The ability to lead multi -functional teams and effectively cooperate across the teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with a capacity to influence the top leadership.
- It relies heavily on data, directed towards results, curiosity-driven to understand the depth of customer behavior and pain points.
Nice to be
- Experience with products and recommendations that depend on artificial intelligence.
- A background in e -commerce or market platforms.
- The ability to manage and improve the discovery within the catalogs (10K+ SKUS) and high -size environments.
- Experience with customer, customization, or LTV strategies.
