TEGNA Design Tank in Denver, Colorado is looking for a talented moving designer, with 3D or strong editing to be part of its internal creative section that serves broadcast TV and digital platforms.
The animated designer will be responsible for creating complex animated graphics, graphic drawings, motor printing and video assets. They will work with a team of other artists and designers who will support all Tegna TV stations daily. This position works closely with the creative director, technical manager and production coordinator, as well as employees at all Tegna stations at the country level. Animation designer will receive continuous reactions throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities:
• Design radio and broadcasting graphics for local news stations (including logo design, information graphics, brands and marketing) marketing projects)
• Communicate with stations on daily projects and graphics
• Learn the CG (Chyron Prime) design program and participate in creating the template as needed
• Dealing with other basic tasks as appointed
requirements:
• A favorite colleague or bachelor’s degree
• The candidate must have an official training at the design/art school, preferably the animation curriculum in the commercial or college school. Please do not advance if you are not designed.
• It is preferable to efficiency in the 4D and/or mixer cinema, but not mandatory.
• Premiere experiences will have a stronger consideration
• Experience the required broadcasting
• 2-4 years of experience as an animated graphics designer in a favorite professional graphic design environment, and new graduates are also encouraged to apply!
• Strong implementation skills in Adobe products, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Effects, Cinema 4D and Premiere Pro are also preferred, i.e. Chyron experience is plus
• Excellent design and animation skills, additional points if you are editor and designer
• A professional portfolio showing disguised and ambitious designs, we want to see your design slices!
• Strong customer service and communications skills
• Performing performance under very tight -time dates
• The ability to multi -task projects
• Capable of responding to change and taking the direction effectively and productively
• Performing skills and strong rules
• You should be able to work on a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
