We are currently looking for an engineering engineer (Information Technology Advisers) who will join the infrastructure data data center team to play a major role in supporting the data center including Active Directory, one brand, data storage, O365/Entra, physical, apparent and storage servers.

We are currently planning to implement a more focused approach on infrastructure, so the experience of work burden and service deportation will be useful.

The role holder will contribute to the service of effective and professional information technology, by supporting the team’s function, exchanging knowledge and experience; And providing the line management when necessary. The experience of errors and devices maintenance in the data center, including replacement of equipment and energy supplies is necessary, along with experience in leading projects and contributing them as technical leadership with excellent analytical skills and attention to details.

The successful candidate must obtain a certificate or a recognized/qualified information and/or equivalent experience. Work as an engineer (Supreme IT consultant), the role holder will have the ability to understand and explain the user’s requirements and provide appropriate advice and guidance. Moreover, they should also have the ability to organize and give priority and manage multiple activities at any time, and to effectively deliver them in a crowded environment.

Ideally, a successful candidate will have experience in ITIL operations and the knowledge of the ITSM/ IT project.
