About the church

Juliet I offers a welcoming and exciting environment for families that seek a society that focuses on Christ. The Church provides a variety of programs and services designed to support spiritual growth of all ages.

The first Ministry of Juliet students is for students who enter the sixth grade by graduating from secondary schools. Our ecclesiastical mission is to love God, love people, go. In the Ministry of Students, we believe that our mission is to help students become adults – for age – living the goals of these three mission.

We believe this can happen when students are:

  1. You realize that the word of God is our authority,
  2. Live life in the mission of Jesus, and
  3. Understand the importance of the local church.

We want to lead students to obtain a complete ownership of their faith – understanding the truth, living in life with the goal, and taking advantage of a religious society.

About the role

The role of this student priest focuses on reaching students and touching (grades 6-12) to know Christ, planting deep love for God and others, and preparing them to live collectively. The situation includes teaching, leadership of volunteers, events planning, and promoting spiritual growth between students and their families. The ideal candidate will be a servant who enjoys strong communication, organization, and sociological skills, actively participating in the life of the Church. The responsibilities include supervising student programs, coordination with Juliet Christian Mountain (MJCA), and facilitating awareness and missions. The role requires a clear and loyal presence on campus and commitment to excellence in the leadership of the ministry.

Basic responsibilities

students

  • Building relations axis of Christ with students in grades 6-12.
  • Maintain a clear presence in MJCA and local schools.
  • Providing pastoral care, guidance and advice to students and families.
  • Create opportunities for students to determine and use their spiritual talents.
  • Driving a welcome environment where all students feel good and beloved.
  • Collect notes to improve the impact of the ministry and its importance constantly.

Parents

  • Developing supportive relationships with parents and care providers.
  • Prepare parents to be a key student through resources and training.
  • Keep the open connection lines with parents and ask for regular reactions.
  • Facilitate forums or groups to encourage and equip teenage fathers.

Leaders

  • Providing leadership and development for the employees of the Ministry of Student and Volunteers.
  • Implementing a strong employment plan, training and retaining volunteers.
  • Ensuring commitment to church safety policies and student protection protocols.
  • Encourage and create society among leaders through efforts to build the team and appreciation.
  • Providing continuous processing through training, resources and guidance events.

Awareness and missions

  • Encourage students to involve their schools and societies with the Bible.
  • Development of the missions strategy that progresses for students ’leadership in missions.
  • Students lead in opportunities for local, national and international task.
  • Planning and implementing awareness events that involve new students and families.
  • Partner with schools, local organizations and awareness ministries in Jabal Juliet/Wilson Province.

Organizational

  • Leadership, coordination and evaluation of all the activities and programs of the Ministry of Student.
  • Research and recommendation for curriculum tools and related teaching tools.
  • Developing systems to evaluate success based on attendance, participation and spiritual growth.
  • A partner with the church leaders to ensure the Ministry’s alignment with the comprehensive vision.
  • Important annual programming implementation: camps, retreat, task trips, communication, and spiritual training events.
  • Implement clear communication strategies via platforms (e -mail, social media, and parents’ updates).
  • Student chapels coordinate MJCA.
  • Participate in awareness efforts for employees, including the visit and the participation of new members.
  • Maintaining and evaluating the structure of the ministry, policies, space and equipment.
  • Preparation and management of the Ministry of Students’ budget.
  • Perform the semi -annual performance reviews in coordination with the Great Reverend.
  • At least one ministry conference and the mission occurred annually.
  • Supervising the scale of small collective curricula and sequence.

requirements

  • The followers of Jesus Christ must be committed to a camel of integrity and spiritual maturity.
  • Be an active member of First MT. Juliet, with sincerity, serving, and giving.
  • It has strong organizational and personal skills; Be able to multiply tasks while maintaining a positive look.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretionary power with sensitive information.
  • Complete the background checks successfully and all the training in the safety of the child.
  • Theological education and the experience of the Ministry of Students.
  • Preserving the consistent presence on the campus: from Monday-Thursday (from 8 am to 4 pm), Wednesday (5-8: 00 pm), and Sunday (from 7 am to 12:30 pm).
  • Participate in employee weekly meetings unless he excuses.
