Role

We are cooperating with the role of a student’s life specialist to join the Nest team. In this diverse role, our students ’life specialists will help provide excellent support and support service for our students, immediately solve problems and sign other services to obtain specialized technical support. Student life specialists are the first point of communication for all students’ inquiries, and they work all over the campus on our axis sites and online.
It will be proactive and attractive and there will be no very big problem so that it is not very small so that it cannot control it. You will be the first person to enjoy our new students or students in a crisis or students who need to meet a helping hand. You will operate students’ interests and embody the work values ​​in Roehampton. The aim of this is to ensure that any inquiry is resolved for the student immediately, and if not, you will develop a clear plan for how to reach the decision with the student
A successful candidate will have skills and experience in customer service, teamwork and problem solving.
