Program Director – Unified Communications (UC)

Your role:
Project Management employees ensure development of development and operations projects and customer implementation smoothly and efficiently.
The program manager manages horizontally through many global relay development projects; Inclusion with stakeholders and identifying and managing the interconnection between the project teams to ensure that the work effort through the project is still possible and provides the value of the business. Your responsibilities:
- Take the initiative from the project planning and coordination perspective to deliver major projects (often includes multiple components difference). About you:
- Experience that includes 3+ years of managing a full -life life programs project (as a project manager or equivalent role) including planning, monitoring, risk management and issues, and reports on the project status.
- Project delivery experience using Agile, SCRUM and Hybrid development methodologies.
- Experience with the leadership of initiatives through the team and cooperating with stakeholders throughout the institution, including working with distant teams.
- Working experience with product management tools and software management such as Productboard and Jira, or equivalent.
- A self-start with the Can-Do approach, which finds effective ways to accomplish the task.
- Strong organizational skills, planning, department management and document skills.
- Strong technical background through education and/or practical experience.
- Solving with diving in details to support the difference with the delivery of the project, including ensuring that everything that is widespread and T’s is crossed on the terms of the SDLC process.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non -technical individuals, including the ability to adjust the communication style depending on the individual and the situation.
- The ability to deal with the teams/stakeholders and build positive relationships, through questions (when necessary) to support the delivery of the project. Such questions may help in the risks that should be on the surface, or issues to be solved, or may provide a friendly “challenge” of the methods of work.
- The ability to reach the required speed on the logic of product business and architecture through self -learning at work.
- Experience with Saas or Correspondent platform (platform) or data integration for institutions markets (desirable).
- One or more qualifications of project management qualifications (desired), for example, project management professional (PMP), PRINCE2 practitioner.
compensation:
Global Relay announces the scope of wages for this role in accordance with the laws of transparency wage in British Columbia. Individual wages rates are determined by evaluating factors such as experience, skills, education and professional background.

British Colombia – the basic salary range
110,000 dollars – 135,000 Canadian dollars
