As a product support specialist, reports to the producer’s president, you will be an important part of the product team and responsible for a variety of responsibilities to ensure the addition of our customers and businesses. This is a full -time role.

  • Work in the lock step with our products managers on a variety of responsibilities.
  • Work closely with customers who use our programs facing the customer Optid and Reportrad Hub
  • Deal with illustrations/software training and the establishment of customers on our program that faces customers. This will require the answer to the questions about “how to do” things, and thinking like a productive person to help improve the value provided from our customers’ point of view and solve the long -term problems.
  • Administration of the account group and access to account and features of features, taking into account security, information governance and business impact
  • Take advantage of patterns and observations in the workflow and customer behavior to clarify the best practices of customers and inform the product decisions
  • Insect investigation, take a quality guarantee test and manage test scenarios

  • Supporting manual features, taking advantage of CSV exports and imports to update customer accounts, managing data formations and ensuring accuracy of data, integrity and quality.
  • Product managers support for Metric and KPI tracking, and evaluating the results of product development efforts.
  • Support sales by improving data groups for sales scenarios in our sales experimental environments.
  • Cooperation with the success of customers, account management and other teams responsible for supporting the communication services used by our customers
  • Other custom projects as directed by the head of the producer

Ownership

  • 3-4 years in the product support, quality assurance, or a similar job within a product team in an early company from the stage (startup or expansion)
  • An experience facing the customer
