We are seeking to obtain a strong defense Amnesty International and Data Commander to lead the development of the data platform organization to a world in which artificial intelligence innovation should be supported and influencing/fueling capabilities within the same data platform. In your capacity and leadership of the AI/Ml on the Adobe Experience platform, you will be responsible for planting the desired intelligence in Data Lakehouse, data modeling and calculating the basic basic system capabilities to enable innovation in the layers of application about simplifying and automating the interaction with and managing digital marketing tools to help our customers easily work to achieve their work goals. What will you do?
• Technical leadership: Driving a team of applied scientists and data engineers / systems in the design, building and maintenance of basic capabilities with the Adobe experience platform that focuses on managing large data (PEABYTS) and an abstraction account (Spark, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Strategic Leadership: Transforming the Data Engineering Group turning towards a world where AI/ML is an integral part and strongly affects innovation in the field of data engineering. Providing strong leadership for the engineering team, enhancing a culture of cooperation, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Determine and maintain the best data, ML and engineering practices: technical leadership leadership, operating merit, and quality of the code within your team. Announced with any emerging trends to control the organization to use the best data, ML and engineering practices.

What you need to succeed
• More than 10 years of experience in software engineering with what does not focus on 5 years on designing machine learning solutions with a direct application in the data engineering space

Our compensation reflects the cost of employment in many American geographical markets, and we pay differently based on those specific markets. The American payment range for this position is $ 193,900 – 373,600 dollars annually. In Adobe, sales start salaries are expressed as a total target compensation (TTC = Base + Commission), and short -term incentives are in the form of sales committee plans.
