Lecturer in fashion design, production and digital practice at the University of Arts in London, London Fashion College
Opportunity
The University of London Arts (Ual) seeks to think forward in fashion design, production and digital practice to present teaching and developing curricula and continuous scholarships in the fashion design and production course.
By working cooperatively within the training course team, you will publish specialized experience in design and production, with a special focus on the digital dimensions of discipline. Within your field of experience, you must show a strong understanding and a tangible experience of how digital platforms, emerging technologies, applications and social networks via the Internet to reshape the opportunities available to the next generation of fashion designers and producers within fashion media.
We ask you to inspire and excite our students, while reviving both the technical and theoretical aspects of your field and the leadership of teaching origins that respond to the fast -moving digital scene.
Through the survey led by the research and participation in emerging digital production operations, the future generation of creative stories with energy, vision and commitment will be inspired. You should consider practicing the values ​​of ethics, diversity and sustainability as part of your thinking in fashion, to support digital, enlightened creative solutions for the novels facing the future.
About you
As a professional practitioner in industry, you will get a relevant degree and you will be able to show great creative success and specialized knowledge in fashion design and creative production, with a special strength in digital platforms, tools and emerging technologies. You will be confident of working through multi -faceted disciplines, bringing experience in how digital and physical practices are intersecting within fashion modes.
It will be a thinking and vision, with sharp awareness of the changing demands of the industry and a contemporary approach to making images that quickly reflects the sophisticated digital scene for fashion and production design.
Your portfolio will show evidence of questioning the current situation and exploring innovative methods paid digitally, which will achieve you as a major shareholder in the progress of your experience and inspiration from the next generation of digital stories.
Related qualification after postgraduate studies is useful, while the industry experience is necessary. Experience in higher education is also required.
