Invue seeks to obtain a large -level industrial designer to join a rapid, innovative and cooperative industrial design team. You will discover and design the form/function/experience of specialized safety products for the highest consumer electronics brands, retail dealers and internal new products development projects (NPD). By working with the latest technologies, you will have the opportunity to form a retail experience, cooperate with enthusiastic individuals, and quickly push designs to production. The ideal candidates explain strong ownership and leadership and they have curiosity and leadership to reach the right solution, and to pay a strong aesthetic vision.

Responsibilities
Interpretation of customer pain points, identifying different cases of use and applying this learning to the design process.
– Providing an elegant innovation for products that best maintain Invue in the separation capabilities with compatibility with the specific customer requirements, brand language and user experience.
– Collecting, interpreting and visualizing design research to inform the early product definition and support strong final solutions.
– Evangelizing directly with customers and internal stakeholders to present designs and integrate comments into quick repetitive courses.
– Practical design through a wide range of formats: from 3D models to two -dimensional service plans
The initial model is early and often to help identify and document the user experience for the entire product: from the initial preparation to the customer’s interaction.
– Direct and regular interface with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to maintain the intention of identity and address technical challenges throughout the development.
Leadership is a focused and effective approach throughout the development course: from the requirements of the right products in the beginning, to providing decisive inputs during the DFM process.

Qualifications
– More than 7 years of experience in prolonging and designing manufactured products that added revenue growth to the company.
You must have strong skills to solve leadership problems and qualities.
– Experience in the consumer electronics industry or the retail design industry.
– Experience in iOTs connected with both the physical and digital facades plus. The user interface design experience is also extra.
– BS/Ba in industrial design or product design.
A mixture of the agency and institutional experience is very desirable.
Vocational references from product marketers, mechanical engineers and corporate leaders. You must have experience working with multidisciplinary teams with a high level of ownership and advanced communication skills.
– Portfolio (.PDF) that explains the 3D perception, the diversity of work across categories and materials, and success stories that are transmitted from concept to manufacturing. The designs of the value that are considered, are able to manufacture within the presented parameters, and with a clean appearance and appearance.
