About the role
The orchestra seeks a legal head to create and lead a better legal job in its class during a period of growth, regulatory transformation and an increase in the complexity of the customer.
After submitting reports to the Director General of Operations and Partnerships closely with the financial manager, C-SUITE and COXAL PRSEDENTS, this individual will build a legal, graceful, pawn-strategy and scale strategy.
The head of the legal law will supervise the basic fields, including customer contracts, employment law, risk management and compliance. This is a high -influential leadership role for the pragmatic operator, which brings deep experience in the media, communications or agency space and excels in translating a legal view of the real world’s decisions.
We are looking for a player coach who flourishes in large -sized environments and is activated through the opportunity to develop a small but very influential team. Preparing “sleeves” and sharing deeply in all aspects of the network and its processes is very important to succeed in this role.
Role site: This role in our office in New York is based on a hybrid basis. Orchestra employees in the office at least 3 days a week.

Sorting the legal needs received Through contracts, human resources and financing to reduce the pressure on our contract team and ensure obtaining the correct problems, obtaining the appropriate level of support through our internal team or from our external lawyers. -

Supervising the use and improvement of the external lawyer Focusing on reducing external legal spending and bringing more work at home over time. -
Supporting legal infrastructure by supporting integration With tools such as Hubspot and QuickBase, directing the selection and implementation of the contract life cycle management system (CLM), and the defense of the safe and strategic use of the spontaneous organization through legal and commercial functions. -
Employment, development and leadership of a small, but highly influential legal teamWork in a close partnership with contracts, human resources and financing.
Main liability areas
Client and commercial contracts (basic focus)
- Legal review and negotiation of hundreds of customer contracts and sellers every year leads through public relations, creativity, strategy and acquired/owned/paid media, events and influential partnerships.
- Supervising the development and refinement of templates, including the main service agreements (MSAS), work data (SAWS), NDAS, renovations and amendments.
- As an initial escalation point for customer links and compliance questions.
- Providing and supervising the implementation of the contract life cycle management system (CLM) to improve efficiency, transparency and multi -function.
- Reducing the customer’s friction on the plane while maintaining strong risks and compliance with the contract.
Legal human employment and resources
- Partner with human resources on molds for display, termination, cutting and employee relationships.
- Supervising the legal strategy on recruitment litigation, Dei’s concerns and employee risk.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws through judicial states.
Groups and conflicts
- Cooperation with financing leaders and company leaders to manage groups and manage contract violations and enforcement strategies.
- Communication with the external lawyer about arbitration, litigation and conflicts before commodities, as well as areas that require the experience of the subject.
- Create clear guidelines and standard operating procedures for when and how the legal interferes in the cases of arresting accounts.
Companies and real estate
- Supervising the legal review of rental contracts, sub -revenues, expansion, renovations and other real estate matters, with attention to a personal guarantee.

- Building information panels or reporting mechanisms to provide a C-SUITE vision in legal size, risk areas and performance trends.
- Budget management for our legal team and contracts in partnership with COO and financial manager.
Qualifications

- At least 10 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong preference for candidates who worked as internal consultants in the media, public relations, marketing or agencies.
- An experience of building or leading a legal job within a rapidly developed organization showed.
- Deep experience in commercial contract negotiations and employment law, with the ability to navigate in complex multi -party agreements.
- Infinitely with contract life cycle management platforms such as Pandadoc, IronClad, Linksquares, or Contracutworks.
- Experience in advice on the customer on the plane, compliance with the seller, and relevant operational groups and issues.
- Strong judgment and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance legal risks with commercial facts and business growth.
- Exceptional communication with high emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively through departments and seniority levels.

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): A basic salary of $ 250,000, in addition to rewards and potential options.
