As a large graphic designer, you are preserved and at the forefront of design and innovation trends. You really understand the agency world and will hit the Earth with your experience and experience in brand design, printing, environment and digital (including user experience). The role of a large drawing designer helps in bringing brands, designs and user experiences to our customers to the next level.

Submit reports to the design manager and as a member of the studio team, you are responsible for providing our brand, drawing graphics and UX promotions. Your peers looks at you as a reliable, fast response and reliable resource – capable of answering creative and technical questions.

In TriedotDesign, the role of the older graphic designer focuses on a variety of tasks including:

• Graceful storm, visualization and development of a variety of strategic, creative and attractive products including: brands, web sites, digital ads, banners, electronic tiles, social media graphics, rollers, presentations, and the environment (such as the internal and external sales center), video editing, animation, and much more!

• Establishing and maintaining the brand consistency in all projects by effectively adapting design patterns based on the brand of the customer and the target audience.

• Communicate with the director of design, account managers and other internal resources to understand the requirements of the project, submit and build on the project.

• Having custom projects from concept to delivery.

• Strong attention to details and a cooperative situation.

• Applying strategic thinking skills and solving problems to specific projects and tasks.

• Maintaining the priorities of the work burden and setting it to meet the final dates.

• Providing accurate estimates to hand over the project and inform the expectations effectively to the team members.

• Merging from AI -backed tools into a creative workflow for faster and more innovative results.

• Quality guarantee performance for all project elements, including internal site testing protocols.

• Providing guidance and training support to novice employees, as well as design and quality reviews on projects.

• Contacting and effective with third -party service providers such as programmers and printers.

• Prepare design files for production (printing, programming, etc.) and delivery (customer package, CMS input, etc.).

• Organizing and maintaining design assets according to the process used in the design department.

• Explining new, creative and bold ideas that go beyond the expected skills and learn and improve them to remain very effective in this role.

• Constantly produces attractive, strategic and creative designs that meet TDOT quality standards.

• Take constructive criticism in a positive way and use it to improve self.

• Maintaining a professional position and enhancing a positive and encouraging environment for peer and novice employees.

In order to consider this situation, you must have all these skills and attributes:

• After high school education is required in graphic design and UX/UI. Additional education in marketing is one of the assets.

• The minimum of 6 years of the gradual graphic design experience with advanced experience in brands, UX/UI, agency campaigns in the agency and/or similar multi -effect support environment.

• Experienced (and skill in) work in a fast -paced environment.

• A great understanding of the principles of design and applications (printing, digital/UX, environment).

• It is experienced in combining AI -backed tools in the creative workflow of faster and more innovative results.

• A great understanding of the principles of designated site design.

• Experienced in developing interactive wire tires for web sites that use programs such as AXure.

• The comprehensive understanding of CSS, HTML, WebFlow and WordPress CMS is a must.

• Experience with QA and AODA browser testing tools compliance with a web site design.

• Design expert including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, after Effects and Figma as well as the ability to learn new programs and platforms, as required.

• Expert in adapting creative assets via a different platform.

• A comprehensive understanding of the printing process and how to prepare files.

• Experienced in email campaigns using MailChimp and Monitor Campaigen.

• Her peers are seen as a reliable, respondent resource, directed towards solutions and reliable, with confidence in answering some technical questions.

• The ability to deal with multiple priorities showed simultaneously.

• Flexibility in facing new challenges: software, social media, design trends, etc.
