Role

This is a face -to -face face role designed to provide exceptional educational experiences in our deprivation.

Main responsibilities

Teaching and learning

• Providing attractive lectures, seminars, and educational programs in line with the approved curriculum.
• Preparing and modernizing educational materials and managing the virtual learning environment (VLE).
• Promote students’ participation and maintain accurate attendance records.
• I suggest improvements to enhance academic experience.

Evaluation and brand

• Design and evaluate the courses in line with the college procedures.
• Providing timely, constructive reactions.
• Attending the measurement meetings and managing academic misconduct is appropriately.

Student support

• Monitor and support for student performance and participation.
• Referring students to appropriate support services and supervising learning support plans.
• Providing academic and pastoral support.

quality assurance

• Full unit evaluation reports and participation in the program reviews.
• Attending the committee’s meetings and contributing to quality assurance efforts.
• Inclusion of academic governance and accreditation processes.

Vocational grant and development

• Stay on a permanent knowledge of scholarships and research.
• Sharing experience internally and externally.
• Apply a scholarship to improve teaching and learning.

The burden of work and cooperation

• Cooperation with academic teams through disciplines.
• P lead unit design and evaluation development.
• Junior teacher and contributing to extracurricular activities.

What we are looking for

• The English language teacher with experience in teaching in academic environments
• A strong knowledge of English for academic purposes (EAP).
• A mentality focuses on the student with a passion for teaching excellence.
• Flexibility to travel and work across many universities in London.
• Efficiency with digital platforms (for example, MS teams, vles).
