The department serves all students in NC State through three integrated components: academic affairs, student affairs and university college.
the Consultation Center NC students with personal, academic or professional problems help. The aim of the counseling center is to provide students with professional advice services and communicate to help them deal with issues that may hinder successful academic performance. The Consulting Center also provides interference in crises and psychological/ psychological evaluation in addition to consulting with others who have concerns about the mental/ emotional state of North Carolina students. Our services are primarily in the short term in nature and we do referrals to other professionals and community agencies as necessary. Members of the Consultation Center:

We seek to obtain the creative marketing and temporary communication coordinator towards the details, who will help in marketing and communications efforts and work as a communication link between the government counseling center in NC and the division of marketing, academic communications and students (Dasa Marcum) team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for formulating visual communications materials using existing graphics compatible with the brand from a library of designs to meet communication needs in the consulting center. You will also be responsible for editing marketing and writing channels, as well as updating the WordPress website for the consulting center. This position is ideal for professionals who are eager to contribute and cooperate with marketing and communications professionals in projects affecting the higher education environment.
Main responsibilities
Graphics (60 %)
- Use branded molds in Canva and/or Adobe to create digital visual communication assets and printing used to promote events, social media, presentations, banners, and more to achieve administrative strategic goals.
- Refine unit content for assets and project requests.
- A help unit keeps the brand consistency through different platforms.
- Prepare digital production files and printing and deliver them to the sellers with the specifications of publishing instructions as needed.
- Keep the file organization and access.
- Promote brand compliance all over creativity.
- Cooperation with Dasa Marcomm on unique high -level graphics design requests.
copies (30 %) and Writing (5 %)
- Review and/or editing the copies produced by the unit for the various channels, the public and the intended results.
- Write effective promotional messages to ensure marketing and websites after the NC State Liberation Brand mode guide.
- Write articles to submit to Dasa Marcum Publishing in Dasa News, newsletters, or other formats with the minimum inputs of the unit.
- Coordination with Dasa Marcomm on feature articles and review of content before publishing.
- Work as a website editor inside WordPress on the current pages to modify copies, planning and navigating to meet your unit’s needs.
- Coordination with Dasa The marketing and communications team on new pages and technical issues.

- Cooperation as a communication episode between the consulting center and Dasa Marcomm to ensure project compatibility with institutional brand guidelines, strategic goals and departments.
- Providing advice to the unit on marketing and communications best practices.
- Use a project management platform and move it forward.
- Cooperation with Dasa Marcomm on unique high -level project requests for design, multimedia, writing, social media and strategy.
