About our revolution
Our revolution was born from the 2016 Bernie Sanders campaign, and it is now the largest progressive political organization in the United States in the United States that we are organizing to take over the power of companies, fighting for climate and ethnic justice, and election of heroes walking in walking – not just talking about talking – and transforms policy from bottom to top.

Role
We rent Organizers Those who are ready to jump and drive from the first day. Whether you have led campus procedures or organized city halls or knocked on or filling doors online – this is your opportunity to become large and help develop a strong national progressive base.

You will recruit, train and fill volunteers, communicate with community leaders, push campaigns forward, and use digital tools to feed realistic procedures.

This function is ideal for emotional change makers ready to organize via platforms and transfer people to work on the most important issues.

What will you do?

Involving and mobilizing volunteers

• The recruitment and training of volunteers and activists at the base level.
• Building real relationships that keep people for a long time.
• Coordination of awareness efforts such as phone/text, gatherings and events.

Run real campaigns

• Help the progressive issue of the election campaigns from start to end.
• Fill in support for candidates, polling measures, and local initiatives.
• It appears where it is concerned – on the ground and on the ground.

Use digital tools for regulation on a large scale

• Enhancing events, procedures and campaigns via email, text and social media.
• Use tools like Mobiveing, Action Network and NGP Van to organize more intelligent.
• Keep organizing volunteer information so that we can raise a level together.

Developing the next wave of leaders

• Determining and directing the leaders of the popular bases in societies at the country level.
• Help build sustainable local groups and community strength.
• Leadership of training, workshops and strategic sessions.

Coordination of events and assistance in telling the story

• Help organize virtual and personal-damaged events, city halls, collect donations.
• An attractive content project (email, graphics, flyers) for fire.
• Support the press and communications efforts that exaggerate our work.

You will be very fit if you are:

• Believe in the task. You are all for progressive values ​​- economic justice, ethnic justice, climate work, health care for all, and real democracy.
• You have an organized experience (1+ paid or volunteer’s perfect year – but if you have led on campus, community or online, that is also).
• Communication is like a leader. You are a great listener and you can speak clearly and confidently with people from all aspects of life.
• Learn your way about digital tools. Knowledge of organizing platforms such as the work network, packing, zooming, or truck is a great advantage.
• It flourishes in fast and flexible environments. You are proactive, you can manage your time, and you are great with work evenings and weekends when work requires it.
• You want to grow. You see this as a launching platform for deeper work in organizing, campaigns, or building movement.

What you will get

• Monthly compensation: $ 5,000 – $ 7,000, depending on experience
